ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE. All orders placed through this portal are subject to acceptance by Swatch Group Digital Ventures AG ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale, orders suspected of fraudulent activity, or orders that exceed individual purchase limits set for limited-edition releases. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs upon dispatch confirmation or, in the case of digital items, upon successful transaction processing. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund where stock is unavailable or where a pricing error has occurred.

PRICING AND PAYMENT. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and import fees, which remain the customer's responsibility. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Solana (USDC) where indicated. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners and is subject to their respective terms of service. In the event of a card decline or payment failure, the order will not be processed and no charge will be applied.

LIMITED EDITION AVAILABILITY. The Royal Pop collection is produced in strictly limited quantities across eight colorways. Availability is not guaranteed and individual colorways may sell out without prior notice. We make no representations regarding future restock or re-release of any sold-out variant. Purchase limits may apply per customer, per household, or per payment method to ensure fair access. We reserve the right to cancel orders that circumvent purchase limits, including orders placed using multiple accounts, addresses, or payment instruments.

PRE-ORDER TERMS. Items offered on a pre-order basis are subject to estimated availability windows, which are indicative and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch pre-orders within the stated window; however, delays caused by manufacturing, logistics, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control do not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation. Pre-order customers will be notified of material delays. Where a pre-order item cannot be fulfilled, a full refund to the original payment method will be issued within ten (10) business days.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY. We ship to selected countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination, carrier, and service level selected. Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee. Risk of loss and title for physical items pass to the customer upon dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before confirming your order; address changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Customers outside the country of dispatch are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and regulatory compliance requirements applicable in their destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not collected by us at checkout. Refused deliveries or items returned due to non-payment of customs duties may be subject to return shipping fees deducted from any refund. We recommend customers verify import regulations for luxury goods and limited-edition items before placing an order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. We accept returns of unworn, undamaged items in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase, within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Items must be in resalable condition with all tags, certificates, and original packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly dispatched. To initiate a return, please contact customer service at the address below with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.

LIMITED EDITION FINAL SALE. Certain products in the Royal Pop collection, including limited-edition colorways designated as such at the time of purchase, are offered on a final-sale basis and are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective. This policy is clearly indicated on the product page prior to purchase. Defective limited-edition items may be exchanged for the same item where stock permits, or refunded at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND ACCURACY. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, colorways, and imagery on this portal are accurate and up to date. However, colors as displayed on-screen may vary from the physical product due to monitor calibration and photographic representation. Specifications are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to minor variation. We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions or specifications without prior notice and are not liable for decisions made based on inaccurate information displayed on third-party platforms.

WARRANTY. Physical products carry a manufacturer's warranty of twenty-four (24) months from the date of original purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modifications, water ingress beyond the stated water resistance rating, normal wear and tear, or service performed by non-authorized service centers. To make a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. The warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on request, and applicable data protection legislation including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP, SR 235.1) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By subscribing to our mailing list or opting in at checkout, you consent to receive marketing communications including product launches, editorial content, and exclusive access notifications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each communication or by contacting customer service. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal. We use data analytics to improve the relevance of communications we send you; profiling is conducted on an aggregated, anonymised basis wherever possible.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All content on this portal, including but not limited to product imagery, typography, design, logos, copy, and digital artwork, is the exclusive property of Swatch Group Digital Ventures AG and its licensors, including Swatch Group Ltd and Audemars Piguet SA, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and design rights. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without our express prior written consent. The Royal Pop name, associated marks, and the Royal Oak octagonal design heritage are trademarks of their respective owners.

WEBSITE USE AND ACCURACY. This portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this portal at any time without notice. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of this portal or your purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific item giving rise to the claim.
